First you need a universel theme patch to apply thirdparty Styles.

Now Unzip & Copy Snow Leopard to : c:\windows\resources\themes
Now Go to Desktop Personalize & apply Snow Leopard, Snow Leopard Basic or Snow Leopard Glass theme.
Requirements
